inspired by her childhood drawing ponies in wide ruled notebooks, Shideler brings a certain sense of whimsy and cutesy ideals to her art. Her work caters to those looking for fantastical escapism.

Shideler’s education is varied, from traditional illustration foundations, academic observational drawing, to classical animation film. Her artistic practice is influenced by the experience she learned in school and as a solo artist.
